I’m Jules—creative strategist, brand builder, and someone who sees things a little differently.
I grew up on a wild little island (Aotearoa New Zealand), shaped by nature and the sea. I studied film and communications, drawn to stories that make people think, laugh, and feel deeply.
Now based in Australia, I’ve led brand strategy and creative teams at a global level, working across sectors from infrastructure to culture.
My work sits at the intersection of empathy, systems-thinking, and unexpected ideas. I’m energised by ambiguity, not afraid to challenge a brief, and happiest when creating work that leaves the world just a little better.

Service Design
I develop comprehensive service design strategies that enhance user experiences and foster meaningful interactions between clients and brands. By employing a holistic approach, I meticulously address every touchpoint of the user journey, ensuring seamless, intuitive, and engaging encounters with services.
